New to halal?

What Zabiha Means

Zabiha is slaughter according to Islamic law. It's done by hand by a Muslim, with God's name invoked, using a single swift cut that allows full blood drainage.

For our poultry, that also means no stunning. Many shoppers who don't keep halal choose zabiha for the same reasons they choose natural meat: careful handling, a clean process, and a clear chain from farm to counter.

In-house

Cut Fresh In-House

Every order is hand-cut at our counter when we prepare it. Add cut notes online (curry cut, bone-in, boneless, thin-sliced) and the butcher cuts it exactly that way.
